The download lives on the service
"9anime tv download" is searched every month, and the download is inside the service you open with Watch now: whole cours come down to a phone or tablet in HD, with the sub or dub you chose, and stay for weeks. Press Watch now, open the service, use its download button. A program or extension calling itself a 9anime downloader is somebody else's software; the service's download does the job on the phone you already have.
How much a cour takes
A twelve-episode cour is about six gigabytes in HD and about two at the data-saver tier; a film is two to four. Download over Wi-Fi the night before, and the train or the flight costs nothing. The quality page has the numbers.
My List offline
The installed app opens without a connection and shows the list and the episode marks; the posters and the season pages need the connection back. Export from My List before a long trip, so the marks are safe if the browser's data is cleared.
