The addresses people type
9animetv.to is the address the design here was measured from, as it looked in April 2026: the near-black page, the purple banner band, the Enter anime name pill, the Recently Updated grid with its HD, Ep and SUB flags, and the sidebar with Quick filter, Top Anime and Recently Added. "ww1 9anime tv", "www7 9anime tv" and "9animetv to cc" are searched because copies borrowed the name with a prefix or a different suffix; each was a snapshot of the idea, and this address does not move.
Recognising the real site
The 9 in the purple roundel; a search that understands romaji and shorthand; anime pages with the voice cast and the cours; a Watch now button that lists services by country; and nothing else: no registration, no download button pointing at a file, no page asking for a card, no player asking for a plug-in. Save the address to the home screen with the app and the question never comes up again.
Filtered networks
If a school or office network filters entertainment sites, the phone's mobile data or a VPN you already trust gets you there. The not working page covers the rest, and the alternatives page answers the question people ask when an address goes dark.
