If it will not load now, switch the phone between Wi-Fi and mobile data, because a filtering network is the usual cause, and wait a few minutes if it loads on neither. On a television, the browser's own cache is the second suspect: clear it and reopen.

The near-black background is missing and the text runs edge to edge: the stylesheet did not arrive. Reload once; clear the site's data if it persists.
Search stuck at Loading results
Scripts are blocked; allow them for this site. On a television browser with scripts restricted, the A-Z list and the genre pages work without them.
Watch now shows nothing
Change the country menu, or check back after the simulcast week; a series on no service in your country shows its options the week one licenses it. A bad-gateway message belongs to the service's own player, and reloading it or picking another service from the list fixes it.

Subtitles not showing is a service setting, covered on the sub and dub page. The login problem people search for has no answer here, because there is nothing to log into: My List lives in the browser.
